The Fontan® Starlet
proves itself through its very high performance. The machine is feployed
in many areas due to its light weight and small dimensions.
With the Fontan Starlet the ULV or the LV method may be used. With the
ULV method the machine guarantees an efficient room treatment through
aerosol fog and with the LV method a targeted surface treatment. With
small quantities of fogging liquid in both methods an optimum spreading
and coating, without loss through dripping, is reached and the saving of
chemical preparates fills not only the economical but also the
environmental goals.
With the Fonatn Starlet fluid preparates may be used as easily as
suspension powder preparates. Fontan - a synonym for efficient,

The cold fogging machine
Fontan Starlet is equipped with a strong 1,5kw commutator motor driving
an oil and maintenance free three stage turbine. The turbine produces an
air stream of high velocity which is further accelerated in the swirl
vane of the nozzle system. The air stream causes suction in the solution
pipe and conveys the chemical solution which is atomized into the finest
ULV aerosol droplets at the spray diffuser of the spray pistol.
At the control panel the ULV mode can be switched over to LV mode. Now
the chemical solution tank is impinged with an overpressure of 3,2 bar.
By this method the throughput of chemical solution is increased, and a
spectrum of bigger LV droplets of meaner suspension power is generated. |
