The Allman SPRAYMASTER models are supplied complete with: Low density polythene main tank 660, 800, 1000, or 1200 litre capacity. Impervious to agrochemicals with smooth easy to clean surfaces. 105/20 triple diaphragm pump delivering 100 litres/minute on 12 metre models . (up to 250 litres/minute available for 20 and 24 metre boom options , gives a faster filling option). KV manual control, 3 section boom selection with the option of a 5 tap boom selection, or a full or semi in cab electric remote control. All controls give a proportional flow application of plus or minus 1kph in any one fixed gear. 20 to 35 litre clean water tank for hand / clothing washing. Chemical induction hopper with integral can wash and direct self filler. Protective clothing cabinet. Internal rotary tank wash nozzles for fast and effective cleaning. Unijet bayonet nozzle bodies with diaphragm check valves and unital colour coded nozzle tips. Trijet nozzle bodies are an option accepting a wide range of nozzle types. Allman 'EVENRIDE' boom suspension keeps the SPRAYMASTER spraying accurately, at the right height and with the minimum effects from uneven ground. So spraying can proceed at faster forwards speeds with less wear and tear on the boom linkages and structure. Spraymaster tractor mounted 18-24 Electric remote controls for safe easy operation Two versions are available Full electric remote control option Controls spraying pressure, master on/off and boom section taps. Hydraulic functions (folding and height control) of the 18, 20 and 24 metre booms utilises tractor spool valves or electro hydraulics as an option. The system interfaces well with electronic area metering and flow control devices from specialist manufacturers. Semi electric remote control option As above but with manual selection of boom sections. Wide booms also operate at 12m The widest Allman booms 24m, 20m, 18m, 16m and 15m provide the widest range of widths to complement drills, fertilizer spreaders and bed systems. In addition each of these wider booms may be operated partly folded to 12m. So one sprayer can be used on different farms, on different crops or in different growing systems. Masterspray Filling, flushing, spraying, adding chemical … all handled from one control centre. The Allman Masterspray control centre combines all fluid valves for day to day operation in one clearly marked panel at a convenient height and location on the sprayer. It’s safe, it’s easy, it’s practical. What’s more you can flush spraylines through with clean water without having to empty the tank – a real benefit when spraying is temporarily interrupted. Allman Trailer Spraymaster Range, 2000, 2600, and 3000 with boom widths from12 – 24 metre..html Allmans have replaced their 2000 and 2600 litre trailed sprayers WITH NEW TANK, CHASSIS AND BOOMS. The new tanks are manufactured from GRP and have large deep sumps to ensure flooded sustion to the sprayer pump, together with maintaining a low centre of gravity for working stability. The tank cradle also incorporates a clean water hand wash tank, a 200 litre clean water flushing reservoir positioed low on the sprayer for easy access, yet still allowing good crop clearance. Fixed or tracking drawbars are available thus meeting customer individual requirements. The new SUPER TRACK draw bar offers two modes of operation which work from two pivot points, controlled by two pairs of hydraulic rams. By locking the front pivot controlled electrically from the tractor cab, this puts the draw bar into the FIELD MODE and automatically unlocks the rear pivot rams, thus allowing the trailing axle to follow the same wheel track as the tractors rear wheels. For road transit the front pivot is unlocked and automatically the the rear pivot locks which then returns the system to ROAD MODE making it more stable for road transit. The system is very user freindly yet meets demanding field requirements. Both these two models can be tailored to individual customer requirements and are offered with a choice of high and low volume diaphragm pumps along with boom equipment of 12,14,15,16,18,20,21 and 24 metres with a large choice of nozzle and ancillary equipment.
